Knee Pain from Standing Too Long

Sharp shooting pains, pain from exercising, and tightness in your legs can all come from standing for a long time, especially if you work in a hospital, walk around at work, or do a lot of lifting. A few stretches and a call to a physical therapist can help you relieve your pain.
